Sustainability shapes our daily actions. We are committed to using resources responsibly and promoting solutions that create ecological and social added value.

Our corporate sense of responsibility is demonstrated both internally and externally and is based on a holistic understanding of sustainability. We focus on four key areas: Governance, Ecology, Economy and Social.


Governance represents our internal structures and processes. A solid leadership structure forms the foundation for sustainable development. It provides orientation, transparency and accountability. The priorities include the strategy, compliance and the commitment of our employees.


Our ecological responsibility ranges from the use of resources to emissions in everyday working life. We focus on measures to increase energy efficiency, reduce CO₂ emissions, use environmentally friendly materials and promote ecologically valuable habitats. We also conduct regular mobility surveys. They collect data on the commuting and travel behaviour of our employees and support us in expanding sustainable mobility options and promoting low-emission alternatives.


For us, sustainable management means acting in a way that is viable in the long term. We want to be economically successful without endangering ecological or social foundations. Our goal is to combine economic growth with responsibility and create added value for customers, partners and society.
In practice, we implement this by developing and promoting sustainable marketing products. They support our customers in responsible communication. We also maintain a close relationship with society, associations and industry organisations. Through active exchange, we identify needs early on, help shape standards and drive forward joint sustainable developments.


For us, social sustainability means creating a healthy, fair and appreciative working environment. We promote individual development, equal opportunities and diversity. We also live a culture of togetherness based on trust, openness and respect.
In order to actively shape this environment, we are implementing various measures. These include culture workshops that strengthen exchange and bring our values to life. In addition, employees each have one day at their disposal that they can use for sustainable purposes. Regular satisfaction surveys help us to identify needs early on and initiate targeted improvements. Employees also have the opportunity to submit personal or anonymous feedback at any time via the Good&Bad Box.


We are also making a contribution to society this Christmas. Together with the
Coop Patenschaft für Berggebiete and the Verein Züchterring Bärnbiet we support the breeding and preservation of the endangered dark bee, an indispensable species for our food production. With start-up funding, we are enabling the complex DNA tests that are necessary to ensure the purity of the breeding.
